Wow. I had just recently come to the same conclusion: eat better rather than depending upon lots of supplements. And with very few exceptions, you get it all with a plant- based low-processed food diet. Thanks Jean for another great post:

Thanks for spreading the word! I do believe (and read studies that prove) that eating a variety of whole plant-based foods is best. The only supplement we need is B12, and I’ve learned that it’s not just a “vegan problem.” Overall, real food beats supplements, hands down:
